What We Collect

We collect information in exactly two situations:

• Email signups. If you join the update list, we store the email address you provide.
• Orders. If you place an order, we receive and store your name, email address, shipping and billing addresses, and the items you purchased. Payment card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout page and never touch our servers.

How It Is Used

Order information is used to fulfill your order: processing payment, printing a shipping label, and sending you order and shipping-notification emails. Email addresses on the update list are used to send occasional product and development updates. That is the full list; we do not use your information for anything else.

Services We Rely On

A small number of service providers receive data as part of running the site:

• Stripe processes payments and receives your payment details, name, email, and shipping and billing addresses at checkout.
• Shippo receives your name and shipping address to create shipping labels and provide tracking.
• Resend receives your email address and order details to deliver order and shipping emails.
• MailerLite receives your email address if you join the update list, and handles list delivery and unsubscribes.
• Cloudflare hosts this site and stores signup and order records; like any host, it keeps standard server logs.

Each of these companies processes your data under its own privacy policy. Stripe may set cookies during checkout on its own pages.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not ask for information we do not need.
• We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We do not run advertising trackers.
• We do not use analytics services, and this site sets no cookies of its own.

Email List

You can leave the update list at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by writing to us at the address below.

Data Retention

We keep order records - name, addresses, email address, items, amounts, tax, and dates - for accounting, tax, and warranty service. If you want the personal details removed from your order records sooner, email us; see Your Choices below. Stripe and Shippo keep their own records of your transaction under their own privacy policies; what we can delete is our copy.

The update list holds your email address, the date you signed up, and our record of whether that address synced to our email provider. When you unsubscribe, emails stop immediately and your address is deleted from our systems. Our email provider keeps only a do-not-contact record so you can never be accidentally re-added; if you want even that removed, email us and we will delete it completely.

Your Choices

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us. We will honor deletion requests except where we are required to keep records (for example, completed order records needed for tax purposes).

Age

This site and its products are intended for adults 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
