Acceptance

By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site or place an order.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or purchase our products, and you may use both only for lawful purposes.

Products and Compatibility

Our products are firearm accessories; they are not firearms and contain no regulated firearm components. You are responsible for confirming that a product fits your firearm before installing it, and for complying with all federal, state, and local laws that apply to you, including any restrictions on the firearms or configurations our products attach to.

Safety

Follow safe firearm handling practices at all times. Confirm your firearm is unloaded before installing or removing any mount or optic. If you are not confident performing an installation, have it done by a qualified gunsmith. Always verify your optic's zero after any installation, removal, or adjustment before relying on it.

Orders and Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe Checkout. All prices are in US dollars, and any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. We make every effort to keep pricing and availability accurate, but if an order is affected by a pricing or stock error we may cancel it and issue a full refund.

Intellectual Property

The content of this site and the Nein Pines name are the property of Nein Pines LLC. Our mounting interface is patent pending. Third-party trademarks that appear on this site belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify optic and firearm compatibility; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

We build our products carefully and describe them accurately, and they are provided as described. The next paragraph is presented conspicuously because the law requires it to be.

EXCEPT FOR ANY WARRANTY EXPRESSLY STATED ON THIS SITE, AND TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL PRODUCTS AND THIS SITE ARE PROVIDED WITHOUT ANY OTHER WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TO THE SAME EXTENT, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM A PRODUCT OR THIS SITE IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE YOU PAID.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing in them takes away rights the law gives you that cannot be waived.

Governing Law and Venue

Nein Pines LLC is a Texas limited liability company. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that ends up in court must be brought in the state courts of Burnet County, Texas, or the federal courts of the Western District of Texas, and both of us consent to venue there.
